Chichester Lakeside is a holiday park recognised for its beautiful views of the Sussex countryside and surrounding lakes.
The head of design contacted us as they were looking to create a sheltered area between the bar and lake. They were also looking for an outside deck that connected the bar and pool.
How We Helped
We were informed that this space was going to be a multi-purpose area. Chichester Lakeside wanted a decked space for customers to come and relax once they had been in the pool as well as a suitable area for evening entertainment.
To help them create a hard-working multi-purpose area we used a variation of picnic benches and lounge furniture to create different zones. This allows them to accommodate all of their customers different needs. We also helped the head of design to source the best quality decking for the establishment.
The holiday park were also looking to maximise their trade with an outdoor shelter solution. This was a bespoke requirement as they specifically wanted it to fit between the bar and the lake.
As well as the bespoke sizing, they were looking for an opening louvered roof, LED lighting and heating to go under the shelter. Our bespoke luxury gazebo was designed to meet these requirements.
A Challenge We Faced
One of the key issues we faced was that the area was being built to a specific time scale. Meaning that we had to co-ordinate timings with the contractors and landscapers to ensure that the furniture could be delivered and the gazebo could be installed on time.
We are often asked to come in during the last part of a project. This means that there usually isn’t much time until the site opens its doors to customers. So, we know that leaving a site trade ready is important.
Our installation team worked quickly to get the bespoke gazebo built and move the furniture to its desired locations. They also removed any packaging, leaving the space tidy and customer ready.
