This month I have two doses of wisdom to share.
“Firstly, it is imperative that you regularly check the safety of all your parasols. Make sure the poles are strong and secured firmly into the parasol base or ground bracket. It is a good idea to have a set of spare bases and brackets to make sure you never have to compromise on your customer’s safety and comfort. If you are unsure what suits your furniture, please let me know and I can advise you.
Secondly, customers who visit your venues in the summer and complete reviews on Trip Advisor are guaranteed to be commenting on your outdoor spaces and facilities. So it is important to check your furniture over and make sure everything is clean, tidy and looking its best. That way you can be sure that all your reviews will be good ones. Make sure everyone is photographing and commenting on your venue for all the right reasons.”
